- 1 15 oz.
can creamed corn
- 1 15 oz.
can whole kernel corn
- 1 cube of
butter, softened
- 4 oz. sour
cream
- 1 box "Jiffy"
brand corn muffin mix
Mix
all ingredients together and put in a casserole dish. Bake 35-40
minutes at 350°.
We've
added green chiles or used a mexican corn in place of the whole
kernel corn. To make it a little more festive, line the dish with
corn husks so that the tips give the casserole a sunflower look.
This is yummy hot, warm, or cold. We just love it!
