Barbecued Halibut or Salmon You can smell this in the air when you visit Ketchikan, Alaska on a summer day.
Lay out 6 sheets of aluminum foil. On each sheet place a serving size piece of fish, sprinkled with seasonings, covered with 2 pieces of bacon, onion and lemon slices. Fold edges to seal foil in to packets. Barbecue approximately 15 minutes (or longer depending on how thick the fillets are).
